thank you Cri-kee! it was a tuff costume for sure! i worked on it every day from the time i woke till i drop off to sleep at night for a full month. my daughter wore it 3 years at comic con here in san diego. there are still a few things i need to work on, like the belt buckles bruised her legs and ankles. i did make sleeves but we didn't get the belts on them right yet. and we trimmed the fur down a bit. it was a little wide. but even with those problems we were pretty happy with it. one of these days i do hope to go out and take some really interesting shots of it thanks again!
Yes, I can only imagine all the work you put into this! You're welcome, it's really amazing haha, I was so blown by the accuracy of the costume and how well it was done that I didn't even notice the sleeves were missing. It's THAT awesome I hope it won't bruise your daughter anymore, that's more important than the sleeves
you now i don't remember. i think about 15. i went back and looked at some of the other shots i took and it's hard to count. you'd think i'd remember as many times as i put them together and took them a part that thing was a bear to put together!
thanks!! it was very hard to make! the belts took for ever. i put them together and took them apart a dozen times or more. i still need to pad the bottom one so it won't bruise my daughters ankles. thanks again!!
I'm a fan and it's great to see something as unique as your marvelous creation. I can believe you did some work to get it look right. I respect your fine work on details. I guess you had a reason to make it sleeveless, though the original in FFX and FFX-II has sleeves.
i'd be more than glad to tell you if i can't get a better photo with the sleeves. the hard part it to get my daughter to do the shoot * need to think of a good blackmail plot to get her to go for the shoot *
I've seen a LOT of cosplays for Lulu, but so far I've never seen one as good as this I think that it's actually thee closest one that I've seen that matches up with the game. Congrats for pulling it off I love cosplays, but only when they can actually pull it off and make it look like that person could be the real version of the game character
thank you so very much!!! i'm so glad you like it!! thanks for the fav! and for the watch too! this costume took hours. i must have put it together and taken it apart 10 times. i still have some work to do on it as the bottom buckle bruises my daughter's ankle. well thanks again!!
aw >3 well at least there's not much to do, and as with all things -even clothes- you never know until you wear it!
Mistakes which are blind to our eyes come to life once the item's worn. I've found that out with many things including costumes (buy a costume as a kid for halloween, find out its far too tight only after i try to make it fit and rip it)
